Use of Organizational Logos Organizations are encouraged to increase the recognizability of their documents generated from HSPnet, by submitting their logo for use in Student consent forms, placement request forms (sent in PDF format to sites not using HSPnet), and customized correspondence such as letters and forms.  Dec. 5, 2009
Individual Shift Schedule Provides a daily schedule of all Individual placement on a unit, allowing shift-by-shift scheduling of Day/Evening shifts, weekends, and other efforts to resolve scheduling overlaps. Apr. 22, 2007
Activity Report Wizard Allows users to generate customized reports of placement activities within their allowed view of HSPnet data. User-defined reports can then be saved for re-use or run as needed to produce reports in three formats: on screen (html), print or email (pdf), or raw data (Excel). July 11, 2007

Quick Entry Screen (QES) for Receiving/Destination Coordinators Allows RC's to enter a request into HSPnet on behalf of a Placing Agency program that is not using HSPnet. This enables the Receiving Agency to track all incoming placements in HSPnet, for inclusion in scheduling, reports, etc. July 4, 2007

Student Placement Request (PR) Selector Educational programs may elect to allow students to access HSPnet for searching available PR’s (placement requests or offers with status of Accepted or Confirmed) and for saving ranked choices (1st choice, 2nd choice, etc.). Their choices can be used later to guide the assignment process, either during manual assignment in the worksheet, or via automated student matching. Mar 22, 2010
