Application Form for Addition of Programs in HSPnet
Completed by new and current Placing Agencies wishing to add new programs in HSPnet. The form is used to authorize expansion, plan and gather information about Programs to be trained.

Quick Entry Screen (QES) for Receiving/Destination Coordinators
Allows RC's to enter a request into HSPnet on behalf of a Placing Agency program that is not using HSPnet. This enables the Receiving Agency to track all incoming placements in HSPnet, for inclusion in scheduling, reports, etc.

Staff Recognition Tracker
Instructions for tracking internal recognition activities (by all agencies) or tracking external recognition of supervisors (Placing agencies) such as letters, certificates, or academic appointments.

Click any piece of the puzzle for an overview of functionality plus a list of applicable documents and resources.
